Writing an engineering work

Engineering work for students of technical studies is the culmination of the first stage of studies and entitles him to use the title of engineer. During the defense, the student first proves that he has the required theoretical knowledge and are able to conduct scientific work in accordance with the required criteria, presenting the subject of the research in a scientific manner. Secondly, he presents his own original project.

Engineering works are mainly divided into construction and technological works. In the case of the former, the aim of the work is to create a proprietary machine or device design. The presentation of the prototype must be accompanied by its correct technical description and related calculations. The student must present a set of alternative construction solutions and to explain why he decided on specific ones. In addition, the need and purpose of using the presented project along with arguments about its validity should be justified.

Technological works concern the turn of the process of repair or creation of technical devices and facilities along with the selection of tools for its implementation. In their case, calculations, correct technical description and market analysis in terms of need are also necessary.

Typically, engineering works are created in just a few months, but require a huge commitment and attention to detail in the conceptual process. For this reason, even extremely talented students joining their first diploma thesis encounter a number of problems, especially if they can not count on a sufficiently large range of help and involvement on the part of the promoter.

How can we help?

Fortunately, for our editors, who have many years of experience and a number of scientific technical works, there are no difficult subjects.

Most often, students of engineering studies have little room for maneuver when choosing a topic. Usually, a university requires one of the available lists on the recommended list. For this reason, we advise you to find the subject that best suits your student’s academic interests as soon as possible and report it immediately.

The next stage is working with the promoter. Here, unfortunately, our editors can not help. All the promoter’s suggestions and expectations related to the structure and scope of work should be noted very carefully, due to the fact that the methodology and research procedure must be logically and transparently based on the subject of the work. In the case of technical work, this is particularly important because science does not leave a large margin of discretion in requesting. Remember, however, that you can always count on the support and knowledge of an experienced editor.

Our editors will certainly help in the effective synthesis of theoretical issues learned during the studies. They will know perfectly how to use this knowledge to solve the technical task discussed in the engineering work.

What kind of editor’s support can you count on?

Development of the theoretical basis of the engineering project, in accordance with the requirements of the supervisor.

Formulating the purpose of the work and determining the legitimacy of the research undertaken.

Analysis of sources, machines and construction methods necessary to solve a task.

Creating a project that solves the task.

Carrying out calculations, description and analysis of conclusions from the obtained test results.

With the help of our editors, a work will be created that will prove the legitimacy of the proposed solution and broaden the knowledge of the issues raised in the scientific work. We use only widely recognized, scientific sources. We care for the formal correctness of the created works, in terms of their structure, formatting and logical structure. We provide a solid theoretical basis for the conducted research. Looking for inspiration or support in solving the engineering problem, be sure to report to us.
